I’ve had really horrible pain in my back for over a week and it’s difficult to walk, stand, or sit, or even lay flat on my back for more than a few minutes at a time.
My grandparents think I just pulled a muscle or I banged into something, but I’m not so sure because I’ve done that several times before and the pain was not this bad.
I’ve tried taking Motrin and my prescription Ibuprofen but they don’t help. I’ve also tried using the heat thing on my grandpa’s recliner and even asked my boyfriend to give me a massage. They help a little, but not nearly enough to keep me comfortable.
I’m hardly getting any sleep because the pain is pretty bad. I’m getting extremely frustrated and my boyfriend and everyone else is too.
